Because Elvis is the greatest entertainer of all time, there is an insatiable desire to embody him.
They just want to see him, even if it's in the form of an ETA.
It's true, no one can replace him. However, Elvis has returned to the stage again through Barry Porter.
Barry has performed from coast to coast bringing the likeness of Elvis to every generation.
It's amazing to see very small children tug at their mother and say,
"Look Mom, there's Elvis!" While the adult generation always belts out,
"I knew Elvis was still alive!"
No small detail has been spared. From Elvis' hair, to his charm, and right to his voice,
Barry brings the likeness of Elvis to the stage in an uncanny way.
Having his own home studio, Barry spends thousands of hours replicating Elvis' voice and his moves.
From his vibrato to his hand gestures, Elvis is alive and well in Barry's shows.
But most importantly, Barry is fulfilling Elvis' dream of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The day after Elvis passed away, famed 50's idol star Jimmy Velvet, was told by Vernon Presley,
"Elvis' greatest desire was to preach the gospel."
Barry Porter is performing Elvis' dream. He sings an all Elvis gospel concert in today's churches.
Elvis' "How Great Thou Art" and "You'll Never Walk Alone",
are once again being used to bring people to the foot of the cross.
In the last couple of years, Barry has performed over 250 concerts.
And recently was inducted into the Global Elvis Tribute Artist Hall Of Fame,
Next Generation King's.
The ladies were smitten.
The guys had their arms around their girl in a knowingly my-woman's-going-to- swoon-over-this-tall-dark-and-handsome-man-tonight kind of way.
Everyone was locked-in on the man in leather. He was compelling. My date had never
experienced an Elvis tribute artist, but he knew in, oh, 2-seconds, that the smile on my
face would NOT be going away.
I watched Barry perform in a intimate area just outside of the precious Mexican
restaurant. Having lived in Las Vegas, I am always seeking out anyone who can bring
to life the Elvis I wish I'd only been able to see...and know.
Barry not only connects with his audience, but delivers a velvety smooth rendition of
Elvis' tunes. He covers the hits, but also throws in songs that -- I admit -- are in rare,
even 'bootleg' albums. My fellow diehard Elvis fans were mouthing the words with me...
and a powerful presence consumed us all.
Again, Barry's charisma cannot be replicated. He eats, breathes, exercises, lives
consumes Elvis. His infectious spirit is a healthy dose of what we all wish we'd
experienced firsthand with Elvis. Since we weren't able to, let Barry continue His
journey."

I have seen ELVIS in concert at the Hilton in Las Vegas. I have seen every movie ever
made by him.
I am a huge fan of his. I also have seen many ELVIS impersonators. I have watched
for almost 34 years hoping to see someone be able to sound like, look like, move like
and touch the people like ELVIS did. I found him last night at Barry's concert!
When he did "How Great Thou Art" with the choir I had goose bumps up my arms.
He should be very proud of the work he does. You can tell he takes pride in it. I
just thought you would like to hear this from a ELVIS fan.

Can't Help Falling In Love With You
I have seen Elvis twice and you could not have been any better. You took me
back in time to when I was a teenager and Elvis was my idol.
Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience. It was great!
I have seen many trying to impersonate Elvis, but you have it down pact, your
voice and moves were just like Elvis himself!
You really put your all into the concert and it shows by the audience's reaction.
